Baseball Drills Practice Plans

Baseball Help…….?
I know I asked this yesterday but no one answered so I’m asking it again.
I need a plan like a type of workout plan/ practice plan. I want to aim for high school baseball sometime in March and maybe even a rep team on the way through. I need to get some weights and I’m too young for a gym membership (and it’s too pricey). I need some good drills/workouts for me to succeed. I need the most help with hitting. I’m popping to many balls up right now. I need to level the ball more so it’s a nice line drive.
What’s a good workout/practice plan going forward? Rep tryouts are in Sept-Nov and maybe some in the spring and I explained the high school ball earlier. I just wanna get better for next year.
Also, any good websites for tips? For drills, workouts or just other tips. Let me know.
BTW I’m 14.
to make yourself a better hitter you have to make sure you are relaxed at the plate. don’t be to stiff or to tense or else it will make it harder to swing the bat level. Next, identify the spot that you like to hit it and practice hitting the ball there first. as you get better move start hitting pitches that are in zones where you have more difficulty hitting it. Then when your ready start mixing it up. Eventually u will start to hit the ball with a level swing on all areas of the plate. Again practice makes perfect so just keep practicing. This drill worked for me and im on my school team and my communitys rep team. As for the working out, see how much you can lift on a single rep and the start lifting about 60% of that weight regularly to start getting stronger. Hope this advice helps and good luck
